Greenheath Energy has secured construction financing from RoundShield Partners to build the 12.5MW Toggam Farm solar park in Suffolk.

The PV array near Lakenheath is expected to enter construction shortly.
The London-based RoundShield – an asset-backed investment company – was advised by international law firm Watson Farley & William (WFW).

It offered assistance to RoundShield on finance documentation, the construction contract between Greenheath and Greencells GmbH and the property and planning issues relating to the site.

Martin Lucas, a partner in WFW’s energy and infrastructure division, said: “We very much enjoyed supporting RoundShield on another interesting renewables deal for them and us.”
